Turkeys Gobble

I am so grateful for all of my blessings. I"ve been blessed with a lovely family and group of friends. I have the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. I want to share this with all I know. I'm glad that I am able to feel the Spirit. I'm grateful for all the gifts that God has given me. I really hope I can fulfill the tasks that I am meant to. I am excited to see how my life turns out. I pray for the Spirit's guidence in my life that I may know His will. I'm grateful for lemon poppy seed muffins I can make for my friend who's been upset a lot lately. He's been going through some problems and I'm glad I can help him. I pray through me he'll feel the Spirit in me and know I have something to be desired.

Faith

Self- Discovery

A lot of adopted children feel lost without their birth parents. Children of single or divorsed parents feel like something is missing. I've never really felt like that. I did for a little bit when I was about 7 but I haven't since. I looked through my gramma and grandpa's family history today. I want to start doing my own. This is a little difficult because my biological father has never really been around. I haven't seen the man since I was two and I've had little contact since. He tried to add me on Facebook freshman year but I didn't want to know him. I still don't really but I was to know ABOUT that side. I saw his picture for the first time in memorable history. I have his face shape. Maybe his eyes and hair color... He looks very similar to Daniel Radcliff. I can almost see how life could of been... if life was perfect, if people were good and unselfish. But they aren't.

Nick Smiles

Ever notice when you try to hold your head up and smile, you only want to cry more. But then an iCarly episode comes on and you can't help but be happy because you missed the first showing of a new episode. Then you yell at the screen because you see your man (aka Freddie) kiss another girl (aka Sam). You then understand you are losing your mind because you yelled at a screen. You then feel writer's block... Lull... What to write? This is a good episode. Darn it, commercial. Argh! Oh yay! It's back. Today has been super rollarcoaster-y. Almost as much as Thursday at Six Flags...

Inspirations

Girls Camp is always a very inspirational time in my life. This year was especially uplifting and education because of my leader and campsite. My original sleeping place got too crowded so my friend and I moved in with her group. The group welcomed me with open arms and few reservations. By the end of the week, we had a strong love for each other and I was adopted into their family. My leader taught us through all she did and said. She says she is a bad example but she is one of the best examples I've ever had. She is a loving mother and friend to all she meets. I hope to be like her when I'm a mother. She is so calm and kind around her children. She teaches them through love and rightousness as we all are commanded to do. She is courtious even when untrusting. She is quick to compliament but always means them. She understands where people's thoughts come from. She has no unkind words to say. She is open and understanding. I love her with my whole heart and long to emulate her example. I hope to spend eternity with her guiding spirit.

Birthday Bashes

My birthday was Sunday. Jame's was Tuesday. Josh's is November 10th. Cole Johnson's is this coming Thursday. We are having an amazing birthday bash tomorrow but shh... it's top secret. It is for Jame and I both. He doesn't know about it but I do haha :) It should be awesome. I'm excited!!! I'm so full of anticipation. My crush is gonna be there!

Root Beer Tales

So I sat today on the phone with my friend Jameson and we discussed a myriad of things such as root beer. My favorite kind is IBC. His favorite is Barqs or IBC. My brother Landon's favorite is Mug (well that's what I'm saying it is). What's yours?

Taylor Lautner's Yumminess

This post is a tribute to the afore pictured man. Just look at that yummy man! Look at that strong jaw! Those smoulder eyes and plaid shirt!! Mmmm.... Everyone knows plaid automatically makes someone cool. Did you guys watch him in "Eclipse?" His yearning voice is soooo yummy. I can't wait to marry him!!! :-) That day will be the best of my life. Our first son's name will be Taylor Lautner Jr. He will be the most well behaved baby I'll ever know. Wow... just gaze at that bedhead... perfect... This picture is now my favorite ever. So... I just have one question. Josh, how do you like my blog?

Prodded Beginnings

Most of you know Josh Magee. He recently started a blog (btw you should check it out at jcmagee7.blogspot.com, it's amazing). I wanted to follow his blog but I had to have my own blog first. He  (rather ungracefully) suggested I start one. So here I am, sitting at home, listening to music off the LDS Youth website, typing up my very first post. Now I must let you all know that my thoughts can be interesting or very, very odd. I asked Josh what I should write about and he replied whatever I think up. Next post will be about what I sarcastically suggested back yet he said to write. Blame him.
